Patanjali Composite Black Stone Statues
From Sandeep of Ishwarmoorti Solanki, the maker of these Pathanjali statues:
It was 2 months before Guruji left us he said "Sandeep, students buy Pathanjali statues from all over Pune and bring them to me to get them blessed, but when I see the statues, I am not happy with the anatomy and the alignment of the statues they buy. So just come and let me explain to you the details and other important things regarding the same."
Initially I carved an incomplete statue in black stone and then completed the final alignment of the face folded hands and cobra in front of Guruji as per his instructions, which took approximately 2.5 hours. I was very happy to see the smile on Guruji's face when the statue was complete, where he commented saying now I should make similar statues in all sizes with no mistakes.
Further, he also suggested many students do want to install statues of larger size but can't carry with them due to weight and delicate work in black stone. So, if I can make similar statues but light in weight and less fragile it would be easy enough for students who wish to install statues of larger sizes. Which, as a result, I came up with the concept of super lightweight composite black stone Patanjali statues in all sizes from 4" to 24". I was happy when Geetaji liked the 24" statue and installed it on the wall of the 2nd floor practice hall in the (RIMYI) institute.
I also showed Guruji this concept of light weight statues where he was very happy and named the smallest of statues (4inches) as "Pocket Pathanjali"
