The Skinny Bolster, in a Natural Muslin Color, was developed for people with a shorter torso so they are much more comfortable in poses such as Virparita Karani.
It is also terrific for those wanting to go a bit lower in Supta Virasana.
The Skinny Bolster is double covered with natural muslin, just like the standard bolster. 20% smaller than the Regular Bolster.
24" length, 30" circumference, 9" diameter aprox 6.5 lbs
Each bolster is hand rolled therefore slight variation is expected.
